This is a Chilean classic, usually one would eat a whole piece of watermelon having a jar of toasted flour and a spoon, and one would gradually sprinkle the toasted flour over the watermelon. But this time I wanted to enjoy it being cut in chunks. The toasted flour is made from the whole wheat kernel which is roasted and ground. It is very common in Chile.

- Toasted flour
Instructions
- Simply sprinkle the toasted flour over the watermelon and enjoy.
