Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of berries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of almond milk (cow’s milk can also be used)
- ½ cup of plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of agave nectar or other sweetener
- ½ cup of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until everything is ground and integrated.
