Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) Greek yogurt
  • 1 jar of condensed milk (397 grams / 14 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 beaten yolks
  • 4 egg whites beaten until stiff
  • 1/3 cup (85 g / 3 oz) granulated sugar
  • Raspberries or strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, condensed milk, vanilla and beaten egg yolks.
  2. Immediately in another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar.
  3. Then gradually add the egg whites into the previous mixture with wide movements.
  4. Transfer to a round mold of about 20 cm (~8 in) covered with parchment paper.
  5. An easy trick is to moisten the paper to accommodate it better.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  7. Once ready, cool completely before unmolding.
  8. Serve accompanied with raspberries or strawberries.
