- 400 g (14 oz) Greek yogurt
- 1 jar of condensed milk (397 grams / 14 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 beaten yolks
- 4 egg whites beaten until stiff
- 1/3 cup (85 g / 3 oz) granulated sugar
- Raspberries or strawberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, condensed milk, vanilla and beaten egg yolks.
- Immediately in another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar.
- Then gradually add the egg whites into the previous mixture with wide movements.
- Transfer to a round mold of about 20 cm (~8 in) covered with parchment paper.
- An easy trick is to moisten the paper to accommodate it better.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Once ready, cool completely before unmolding.
- Serve accompanied with raspberries or strawberries.
