Esta es una de mis entradas favoritas, por lo simple, sabroso y porque deja suficiente espacio para el plato principal.
Entrada de palta (aguacate) con camarones y espinaca
- Tiempo Total: 15 mins
- Porciones: 2 1x
Ingredientes
Escala
- 1 palta (aguacate)
- 1/2 taza de camarones cocidos (ecuatorianos de preferencia)
- 1/2 taza de espinacas
- 2 cucharadas de mayonesa light
- 1/2 cucharada de aceite de oliva
- Perejil para espolvorear
Instrucciones
- Se lavan las hojas de espinaca, se ponen como base en el plato de entrada y se le agrega encima unas gotas de aceite de oliva.
- La palta se pela y se parte por la mitad. Se coloca una mitad en cada plato.
- Los camarones se limpian y se lavan bajo el chorro de agua frÃa, luego se estilan y se mezclan con mayonesa. Se coloca como relleno de la palta.
- Finalmente se espolvoréa con perejil.
- Tiempo de Preparación: 15 mins

mayonesa: batir una clara a nieve, agragar sal a gusto, ajo molido o picado muy fino o ciboulette, o cualquier aliño a gusto del chef, enseguida añadir la yema y batir mucho (con la batidora manual) y empezar a agregar el aceite de a poco, en hilillo, hasta que quede con la consistencia que uno quiere -más o menos 1/4; queda deliciosa y la textura ¡envidiable!, comparto esta receta de mi creación contigo, pq. hasta para hacer huevos duros tengo que pedir indicaciones.
